I have been using Totum Vos chews for five years. After two weeks of use, I could see, feel the difference in my fingernails. I've never been able to grow my nails, they would always break. My hair is healthier and I'd like to believe my skin is too. I figure if there are observable impacts, there are surely impacts that I can't observe that are important for my long term health.
